The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one contract (Highways road and/or Bridge works/Airport contract) with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. The average annual turnover for the last five years should be at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.217.84 Lakhs.
The bidder should have completed the following quantities of works in any one year during the last five years:
(a) Earthwork: 4828.93 m3,
(b) GSB / WMM: 6419.26 m3,
(c) BM / DBM: 1156.00 m3,
(d) BC / SDBC (Wearing Course): 694.00 m3,
(e) VCC/ VRCC: 4369.49 m3,
(f) Steel: 35.39 MT.
The bidder should also have access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract value, which is Rs.54.46 Lakhs. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs.544.59 Lakhs.
The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as 40% of the proposed contract, with a value of at least Rs.217.84 Lakhs. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract value, with a cash flow of not less than Rs.54.46 Lakhs.
