Quantity Unit Description 1 Lot Trucking Services With Five (5) Haulers Re: Transfer Of All Records Holdings Of All Nap – Rcd From The Existing Cavite And Laguna Offsite Facilities - The Service Provider Shall Provide At Least Two (2) Trucks And A Minimum Of Five (5) Manpower For The Hauling Works. Provision For 10-wheeler, 32ft Trucks - The Service Provider Shall Transfer The Records And Shelves From: • Dasmarinas, Cavite To Sta. Rosa, Laguna (195 Units Of 9-tier Open Steel Shelves, 116 Cu.m. Volume Of Records) • Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Within The Same Compound Of Daystar Industrial Park (170 Units Of 9-tier Open Steel Shelves, 160 Cu.m.
