The Newly Procured Cameras Will Integrate Into Existing Architecture And Are Compatible With The Currently Used And Installed Camera Record And Control System (crcs). the Statutory Authority Permitting Other Than Full And Open Competition For Acquisitions Using The Procedures In Far Subpart 13.5 Is 41 U.s.c. 1901 Due To The Vision Research Inc. Cameras Being The Only Cameras That Are Compatible And Can Integrate Into The Currently Installed Systems. Further, Vision Research Inc. Owns The Full Proprietary Rights To The Phantom Cameras And Designed Accessories. Vision Research Inc. Does Not Use Resellers For This Type Of Specialty Equipment And Integration. the Government Does Intend To Acquire A Commercial Item Using Far Part 12. this Synopsis Does Not Constitute A Solicitation; However, If Any Interested Party Believes They Can Meet The Above Requirement, It May Submit A Statement Of Capabilities.
