This Announcement Constitutes The Only Solicitation; Offers Are Being Requested And A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. this Notice Is Being Issued As A Request For Quotation (rfq) Under Solicitation Number 80arc024q0002 For A Blanket Purchase Agreement (bpa) With Firm Fixed Price (ffp) And Time And Materials (t&m) Calls For Machine Tool Maintenance, Optimization, Repair And Chemical Shed Management Services At Nasa Ames Research Center (arc). the Provisions And Clauses In The Rfq Are Those In Effect Through Fac 2024-05. this Acquisition Is A Total Small Business Set-aside. the Naics Code And Size Standard Are 811310 And $12.5m Respectively. The Offeror Shall State In Their Offer Their Size Status For This Acquisition. all Responsible Sources May Submit An Offer Which Shall Be Considered By The Agency. delivery To Nasa Arc Is Required Within 30 Days After Receipt Of Order. Attachment 2 Offer Sheet offerors Shall Fill-in The Following For Attachment 2 Offer Sheet: The Price For Maintenance Service In Each Contract Year Required Based On Column F Entitled, “when Needed”. Do Not Fill In The Gray-shaded Fields. Please Fill Out The White Fields In Columns J - N. Provide Composite Rate Per Hour. The Offeror Shall Provide Time And Materials (t&m) Rate(s) For Machine And Other Compensation Services As A Part Of The Proposal. The T&m Rate(s) Will Be Evaluated For Reasonableness, But Not Be Included In The Total Evaluated Price. The T&m Rate(s) Will Be Attached To The Resultant Bpa. note: This Bpa Incorporates The Service Contract Labor Standards Statute. List Of Past Performances: Offerors Shall Submit A List Of Up To Three (3) Past Performances For Which Similar Work To This Solicitation Has Been Performed Within The Past Three (3) Years From The Date Of Issuance Of The Request For Quotation (rfq) Which Includes The Following: a) Contract Number (if Applicable) b) Contract Type c) Contract Title d) Total Dollar Amount e) Period Of Performance f) Customer Contract Name g) Customer Telephone Number h) Customer Email Address i) Description Of Contract: The Description Must Include A Yes Or No Response For Each Area Below Related To The Contract: • Perform Liner And Rotary Displacement Error Evaluation Compensation And Optimization On Maho Phillips 532, Heidenhain Millplus, Heidenhain 426, 530, 310, And Bridgeport Ez Path. • The Ability To Identify And, If Necessary, Gain Executive Level Access To Trouble Shoot And Augment Plc And Gui Software To Help In Diagnosis And Repair Of Machines Equipped With Maho Phillips 532, Heidenhain Millplus, Heidenhain 426, 530, 310, And Bridgeport Ez Path. • Ability To Purge Lubrication And Coolant Systems With Flight/space Flight Hardware Approved Cleaning Agents And Refilled With Oem Approved/recommended Lubrication Oils And Water-soluble Cutting Fluids To Ensure Flight/space Flight Hardware Is Not Contaminated. • Ability To Manage, Maintain And Upgrade Cimco Machine Tool Communications And File Management To Maho Phillips 532, Heidenhain Millplus, Heidenhain 426, 530, 310, And Bridgeport Ez Path. • Ability To Retrofit Machine Tools Equipped With Maho Phillilps 532, Heidenhain Millplus, Heidenhanin 426, 530, 310 Controls With The Latest Generation Heidenhain Controls, Touch Probes And Hand Wheels. • Maintaining An Information Management System Accessible To All Parties 24/7 To Archive And Maintain Machine Tool Maintenance Records, Reports, Technical Manuals And Backed Up Parameters. • Ability To Backup Machine Tool Parameters At The Executive Level On Maho Phillips 532, Heidenhain Millplus, Heidenhain 426, 530, 310, And Bridgeport Ez Path. • Demonstrate Professional Working Relationships With The Original Equipment Manufacturer(s) (oem), And Dealers To Facilitate Parts And Repairs Covered By Factory Warranties. 3.
