The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering constructions, with specific details to be provided in the bid. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The information to be provided includes the project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, and actual completion period. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. The bidder should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc. within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission, and continuing satisfactorily. The bidder should provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including the description of works, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, value of works remaining to be completed, and anticipated date of completion. The bidder should also provide a list of similar works completed, including the value and percentage of such works. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.----Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. The bidder should provide the amount of works performed in each year from 2019-20 to 2023-24 in Rs. Lakhs. The value of contract and the stipulated period of completion for each project should be mentioned. The bidder should also provide information on the amount of works completed and the actual date of completion. The quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor will be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should provide a certificate from the engineer-in-charge for the completed works and a certificate from the employer incorporating the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, and satisfactory performance of the contractor. The experience certificate should be signed by an officer not below the rank of EE. The lead partner in a joint venture shall meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria.
