The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar work, with a value of at least 25% of the value of the work being bid on, and completion of similar works in the past five years. The bidder should have executed all main items of work described in the bid document as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract, which is minimum Rs.325.00 Lacs within the last five years. The bidder's experience is assessed based on their experience in similar works, including the value and percentage of similar works completed, and their experience in executing works of similar nature, complexity, and value. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs.325.00 Lacs, and the percentage of similar works completed should be at least 40% of the proposed contract. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission.
