The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 1,79,40,104.00 - Or two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 1,12,12,565.00 - Or three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 89,70,052.00 Additionally, the bidder must have successfully commissioned at least one similar project with operation & maintenance for minimum 1 year after commissioning, inclusive of defect liability period, in single contract amounting to Rs. 3,28,45,754/- in last Seven (7) years. Alternatively, the bidder shall have successfully completed operation and maintenance for minimum 1 year in single contract of similar nature amounting to Rs. 2,03,254/- in last Seven (7) years. For experience in WTP of 3.60 MLD, the bidder should have completed similar works. If the bidder has completed a work in joint venture, the credit for the bidder is allocated in proportion to the stake. No specific percentage is mentioned for similar works completed. However, the bidder's experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years is required, with a total value of Rs. Lakhs. The bidder must also have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 67,27,539.00 in the last three financial years, with a weightage of 10% per year to account for price escalation. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than or equal to the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 2,24,25,130.00. The bidder's capacity is computed based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years and the value of existing commitments. The bidder should have access to, or have available, liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied.
