The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Junior engineer: Minimum 5 years in civil construction - Civil supervisor: Minimum 3 years in civil construction - Junior engineer Electrical: Minimum 3 years The bidder should have completed similar works with the following values and percentages: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the Project Cost - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the Project Cost - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the Project Cost Additionally, the bidder should have: - General Construction Experience: Experience under construction contracts in the role of Prime contractor, for the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline, with Mandatory Building Construction work experience. - Minimum average annual construction turnover of INR 50% of the cost of the work, calculated as total certified payments received for contract in progress or completed, within the last 3 years including the base year. The bidder should also demonstrate access to, or availability of, liquid assets, lines of credit, or other financial resources to meet the financial resources requirement. The percentage values mentioned are: - 50% of the requirement for single entity and joint venture - 25% of the requirement for each partner in a joint venture The bidder with similar Beautification projects experience will be given first priority. The bidder needs to fill up Form EXP-2, providing details of contracts of similar size and nature, including: - Contract No. and identification - Award date and completion date - Role in the contract - Total contract amount in INR - Percentage of total contract amount if the bidder was a partner in a JV or subcontractor The bidder needs to attach copies of certificates of accreditation for the project listed above. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder needs to specify the participation percentage of the total contract amount if they were a partner in a JV or subcontractor. The required prior work experience for the bidder is specified in Form EXP-1: General Construction Experience and Form EXP-2: Specific Construction Experience. In Form EXP-1, the bidder needs to provide information on their general construction experience. In Form EXP-2, the bidder needs to provide information on their specific construction experience, including a description of the similarity of the contract to the subject contract. The value and percentage of similar works completed are required to be mentioned in Form EXP-2.
