The bidder should have prior work experience of similar civil engineering works, specifically building works, within India during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - The bidder should have completed at least 3 similar nature works, but specific amounts or percentages for these three works are not mentioned. - Alternatively, the bidder can have: (i) 03 similar nature works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Rs 05,45,32,910/-, (ii) 02 similar nature works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or (iii) 01 similar nature work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The cost of similar work is calculated by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. Additionally, the average annual turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 1,63,59,873/-.
