The required prior work experience for the bidder includes two main categories: Civil Work and Dry and Wet Waste Processing Work (O&M). For Civil Work, the bidder should have: - One civil work experience not less than 80% of the Estimated Capital Cost, - Or two civil work experiences not less than 50% of the Estimated Capital Cost, - Or three civil work experiences not less than 30% of the Estimated Capital Cost. For Dry and Wet Waste Processing Work (O&M), the bidder should have: - One similar work experience of operation and maintenance not less than 100 TPD of dry and wet waste processing capacity of MSW plant, - Alternatively, two similar work experiences not less than 70 TPD of dry and wet waste processing capacity of MSW plant, - Alternatively, three similar work experiences not less than 40 TPD of dry and wet waste processing capacity of MSW plant. Only completion and experience certificates of building projects and operation and maintenance of MSW plant for 1 year, issued by competent government authorities, will be accepted along with work orders. Additionally, if the bidder is a GOI startup recognized by DPIIT, they are exempt from the requirement of meeting prior experience for the SWM Expertise Agency.
