The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in completing civil engineering works, with key personnel having relevant experience in the field. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.----Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work (Bituminous Road / Cement Concrete Road) of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works means those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission, and the contractor should have completed 60% of quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station etc. within last five financial years. The required experience includes: * One work for 80% of the Estimated Amount * Two works for 50% of the Estimated Amount * Three works for 40% of the Estimated Amount The bidder should have completed 60% of quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station etc. within last five financial years. The value of completed works can be adjusted using enhancement factors for costs of works executed, with multiplying factors ranging from 1.00 to 1.61 depending on the year of completion. The bidder should submit proof of work done, including completion certificates and work orders for the last three years, from 27/03/2019 to the current date. The works should be of a similar nature and amounting to a minimum value or work order.
