Municipality Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years of experience, or not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). Alternatively, a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience, or four retired Junior Engineers, is also acceptable. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed building work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, they should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. They should also submit the audited balance sheet for the last five years and provide details of such works, including type and nature of work, location, value of work as per agreement, and actual value of work executed. The quality of work done should also be indicated, including whether the work was satisfactorily completed.
