The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have successfully carried out minimum quantities of the following work in any one project during the last Seven (7) years. Specifically, for BOX CULVERT CONSTRUCTION WORK, the experience shall be within the last seven years. The experience of works executed in Government (State/Central), Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking/Organizations of state & central government shall only be considered for evaluation. The experience certificate from the client equivalent to not below the rank of Chief Officer/Authority shall be considered. The bidder must provide evidence of having executed contracts satisfactorily, with client certificates in Form-11 or in any format with yearly breakup. The quantities involved should be certified by the top executive of the firm. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder can claim credit for the entire scope of the work in proportion to the stake. For example, if the capacity of the work executed is 30 ML and the firm has executed the project as a member with a 40% stake, then the firm can claim credit for (40% x 30 ML) 12 ML works. The maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated at the 2023-24 price level, is considered. The value of existing commitments as on the date of bid submission for works to be completed in the next 18 months is also considered. The available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Available Bid Capacity = [(A x N x 2.0) - B)], where N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work (12 months in this case). The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 9,69,98,899.00, and the bidder's capacity should be more than or equal to this amount. The bidder's capacity shall be computed based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year, and the value of existing commitments. The bidder should have access to or available liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract/contracts applied. The bidder should also undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should provide evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, certified by the bankers, with a minimum of 10% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they would be able to invest a minimum of cost up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder's financial capability in Rupees only should be furnished, and the bidder should submit the declaration of their financial liabilities, work on hand/completed projects on Rs.300/- non-Judicial stamp paper.
