The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar work nature amounting to a certain percentage of the Tender Amount in the last five years. The specific requirements are as follows: - One work of Constructing Similar Work nature amounting to a minimum of 80% of the Tender Amount, which is Rs.30949445.60 for a tender cost of Rs.38686807.00. - Alternatively, the bidder can also meet the requirement with: - Two works of Constructing Similar Work nature amounting to a minimum of 50% of the Tender Amount. - Three works of Constructing Similar Work nature amounting to a minimum of 20% of the Tender Amount. Additionally, the Annual Turnover should be at least 100% of the Tender Amount in any one year during the last 3 financial years. The completion certificate for the work should be from Government, Semi-Government, Nagarpalika, or Maha Nagarpalika, and should be within the last five years.
