The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Thru Tet Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (p 4,499,390.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Fertilizer For Lgu Fertilizer Subsidy Program For Use Of Farmers In This Municipality, Lgu Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Fertilizers Is Required Within 21 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 1 Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
