The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Thru Tet Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p 3,900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Black Plastic Film For Use Of Tobacco Farmers In This Municipality, Lgu Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials Is Required Within 21 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
