The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Thru Tet 2022, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-five Pesos Only (p 1,132,585.00) The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Con-struction Materials For The Concreting Of Farm To Market Road, Zone V, Brgy. Caramutan, Villasis, Pan-gasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply & Delivery Of Materials. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 1 Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Partic-ularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
