Description Republic Of The Philippines Western Mindanao, R-ix Province Of Zamboanga Sibugay Municipality Of Tungawan Tung-itb No. 2024-11-012 Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of The Equipments And Integrated Information Technology (it) Systems For Emergency Operations Center (eoc) 1. The Local Government Unit Of Tungawan Through Loan From Land Bank Of The Philippines 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Eight Million Nine Hundred Hundred Thousand Pesos (58,900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of The Procurement Of Equipments And Integrated Information Technology System. Tung-itb No. 2024-11-012. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Bidder Must Be Able To Deliver The Required Date Or On A Later Date As May Be Mutually Agreed By Both Parties. (including The Installation) And One (1) Year Training As Specified Is Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Document. The Bidder Must Be In The Same Business For At Least Five Years Also, The Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra 9184). Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Corporations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 5.
