Description Invitation To Bid For Road Opening And/or Improvement Of Dutaan To Sayet Fmr, Daclan, Tublay, Benguet 13. The Local Government Unit Of Tublay, Through The 20% Municipal Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Pesos (₱ 3,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Road Opening And/ Or Improvement Of Dutaan To Sayet Fmr, Daclan, Tublay, Benguet(2024-infra-544). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 14. The Local Government Unit Of Tublay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required For Ninety-six (96) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 15. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through An Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. 16.
