Description Invitation To Bid For Upgrading Of Adavong-atiyeng Farm-to-market Road, Caponga, Tublay, Benguet 1. The Local Government Unit Of Tublay, Through The 20% Municipal Development Fund (20% Mdf) Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos (₱2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Upgrading Of Adavong-atiyeng Farm-to-market Road, Caponga, Tublay, Benguet (2024-infra-374). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Tublay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required For Eighty (80) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through An Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Unit Of Tublay And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm From Monday To Friday, Except Saturdays, Sundays, And Holidays. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On June 1- 20, 2024 From The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Office And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents At The Municipal Treasury Office, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees By Providing A Photocopy Of The Receipt. 6. The Local Government Unit Of Tublay Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On June 10, 2024, 01:30 Pm At The Municipal Multi-function Hall Office, Third Floor, Municipal Hall Building Ii, Acop, Caponga, Tublay, Benguet, Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Office, Third Floor, Municipal Hall Building Ii, Acop, Caponga, Tublay, Benguet On Or Before 11:30 Am Of June 21, 2024. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. Bidders Shall Submit Their Bids Through Their Duly Authorized Representative Using The Appropriate Forms Provided In Section Ix. Bidding Forms On Or Before The Deadline Specified In The Itb Clause 21 In Two (2) Separate Sealed Bid Envelopes, And Which Shall Be Submitted Simultaneously. The First Shall Contain The Technical Component Of The Bid, Including The Eligibility Requirements Under Itb Clause 12.1, And The Second Shall Contain The Financial Component Of The Bid. 9.
