Description 1. The Municipality Of Tubigon, Through The 2024 Borrowings With The Land Bank Of The Philippines Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Seven Million Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Fifty-four Pesos (php107,611,054.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Completion Of The 2-storey Tubigon Integrated Bus Terminal And Construction Of A 2-storey Tubigon Commercial Center – Project Identification No. 100-025-2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Tubigon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Four Hundred Thirty-five (435) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
