Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Tiwi Now Invites Bids For Above Procurement Of Goods. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 30 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
