Tierra Nevada, Tinambac, Camarines Sur 1. The Local Government Unit Of Tinambac, Through The Local Fund - 20% Mdf – C/y 2024 Intends To Apply The Total Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety One Pesos (₱299,991.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Material Recovery Facility At Brgy. Tierra Nevada, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, With Project Identification Number B-24-137. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Tinambac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By January 17, 2025 To February 17, 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
