Description 1. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite, Through The Municipal Development Fund Of The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite For The Calendar Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five Pesos (p 245,535.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Canal Lining At Barangay San Jose, Ternate, Cavite. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected In Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Canal Lining At Barangay San Jose, Ternate, Cavite. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Committed In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
