Description 1. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite, Through The General Fund Of The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos And Forty Sentavos (p 124,975.40) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Fourth Quarter Medicine Supplies Of Municipal Health Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected In Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Fourth Quarter Medicine Supplies Of Municipal Health Office. Delivery Of Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Committed In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
