Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, Through The Grant From The Department Of Agrarian Reform, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Eight Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Pesos (php5,895,000.00) Only, Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For The Improvement Of Villa Rosario-saverona Farm To Market Road. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Talugtug, Nueva Ecija Now Invites Bids For The Above-subject Infrastructure Project. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
