Submission And Receipt Of Bids For The Contract Is On Or Before February 6, 2025; 10:00am At The Above-mentioned Address And Shall Be Received By The Bac Chairman Or Bac Secretariat. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 4. Sealed Bids Must Be Accompanied By Bid Security Payable At The Municipal Treasurer’s Office. Cash, Cashier’s/manager’s Check, Bid Securing Declaration, Surety Bond, Bank Draft/guarantee, Confirmed By A Universal Or Commercial Bank—2% Of The Approved Budget Contract (abc) In Which, The Winning Bidder Shall Be Issued A Corresponding Official Receipt, While The Bond Of The Losing Bidder Shall Be Returned After The Issuance Of Award Of Contract To The Winning Bidder. 5.
