The Local Government Unit Of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Fifty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php259,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Through The Cy Annual Budget To Payments Under The Contract For The Contract No. Gs-2024-51. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
