The Local Government Unit Of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-one Pesos (php999,971.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Through The Financial Assistance From The Office Of The President For Typhoon Egay Victims To Payments Under The Contract For The Contract No. Gs-2024-21. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Commodities As Relief Goods For Tagudinians Affected By Typhoon Egay, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur (see Purchase Request For Specifications). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
