The Bidding Will Be Conducted Thru Open Competitive Procedures Using Pass/fail Criteria Which Shall Be Used To Interested Bidders Based On The Approved Scheduled Activities. It Is Expected That All Participating Bidders Are Well Aware Of Ra 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations. We Are Also Inviting At-least Two Non-government Organization To Attend The Said Bidding As Observers Provided That They Are Registered At Sec And With Knowledge, Expertise And Experience In The Subject Procurement And With No Direct Interest To The Subject To Be Out.
