The Municipal Government Of Tadian, Mountain Province, Through The Local Government Support Fund-support To The Barangay Development Program Of The National Task Force To End Local Communist Armed Conflict, Fy 2024 Gaa Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Upgrading Of Farm To Market Road At Barangay Duagan With Identification Number Tadian Lgu 2024 - 32. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Tadian, Mountain Province Now Invites Bids For The Tadian Lgu 2024 - 32, Upgrading Of Farm To Market Road At Barangay Duagan. Completion Of The Works Is Required In Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Or In Adherence To Section 23.4.2.4 Of 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184 Which States That “the Prospective Bidder Must Have Completed An Slcc That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Psa Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid: Provided, However , That Contractors Under Small A And Small B Categories Without Similar Experience On The Contract To Be Bid May Be Allowed To Bid If The Cost Of Such Contract Is Not More Than The Allowable Range Of Contract Cost (arcc) Of Their Registration Based On The Guidelines As Prescribed By The Pcab” .the Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii.
