Specs: 1 Unit 2.5 Aircon 2 Unit 1.5 Aircon Canvass Forms Can Be Obtained From The Bac Secretariat At 1st Flr. Municipal Hall, Of Tabontabon, Leyte Starting September 19, 2024 From 8:30am To 4:00pm. Deadline For Submission Of Canvass Is On Or Before September 23, 2024 9:00 A.m. At Bac Secretariat At 1st Flr. Municipal Hall Of Tabontabon, Leyte Along With The Following Requirements For Accreditation Purposes: 1. Mayor’s/business Permit; 2. Philgeps Registration Number 3. Dti / Sec The Contract Will Be Awarded To Qualified Supplier Whose Bid Proposal Appears To Be The Most Advantageous And Responsive To The Lgu-tabontabon Leyte, In Accordance With The Revised Irr Of Ra 9184 And The Agency's Judgment And Discretion, But Not In No Way Bound To Accept The Lowest Bid Or Any Bids Which In Its Judgment Are, In The Ultimate Analysis, Not Advantageous To The Government. Quotations Submitted After The Prescribed Deadline Shall No Longer Be Accepted. Only Accredited Suppliers May Secure Official Request For Quotation Form From The Bac Secretariat. Participating Duly Licensed Suppliers/ Manufacturers/ Distributors/contractors Must Submit The Officially Prepared Request For Quotation Form, Signed And Sealed Into An Envelope To The Bac Secretariat/twg, Lgu-tabontabon. The Local Government Unit Of Tabontabon Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Quotation, To Annul The Canvassing Process, And To Reject All Quotations At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Supplier Or Suppliers, Or To Award Such Bid To The Supplier Whose Bid Is Considered Most Advantageous To The Government.
