The Local Government Unit Of Tabontabon Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Quotation, To Annul The Canvassing Process, And To Reject All Quotations At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Supplier Or Suppliers, Or To Award Such Bid To The Supplier Whose Bid Is Considered Most Advantageous To The Government.
