The Local Government Unit Of Sumilao, Through Sbo Funds Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Eighty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Pesos (php84,780.00) Only. Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Negotiated– Purchase Of Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast And Snacks (conduct Of Local Legislative Awards, Preparation, Planning, Team Building And Outdoor Session). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Sumilao, Through The Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Good/services Contemplated In This Project And As Indicated In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Table Technical. Specification Indicated In The Bidding Documents Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Within Ten (7) Seven Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed Within A Period Of At Least Two (2) Years Similar Contract To The Project And The Total Of The Aggregated Contract Amount Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc; And The Largest Of These Similar Contract Must Be Equivalent To At A Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. 4.
