The Local Government Unit Of Sumilao, Through Muncipal Agriculture’s Office Cy 2024 Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Seven Hundred Three Thousand Pesos (php703,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Re-bidding For The Procurement Of Livestock ( Livelihood Project). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Sumilao, Through The Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Good/services Contemplated In This Project And As Indicated In The Schedule Of Requirements And Technical Specification Indicated In The Bidding Documents Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed Within A Period Of At Least Two (2) Years Similar Contract To The Project And The Total Of The Aggregated Contract Amount Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc; And The Largest Of These Similar Contract Must Be Equivalent To At A Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 5.
