Description 1. The Venue Can Accommodate At Least 90 Persons 2. The Venue Must Have Amenities For Group Discussions/meetings And Team Building Activities 3. The Venue Is Secured, Well Sanitized And With Clean Functional Facilities/amenities 4. Target Month For The Said Event Is October Of The Current Year. 5. The Venue Can Provide 3 Days & 2 Nights Accommodation For 90 Persons, Preferably From Friday To Sunday 6. Meals Shall Include: Day 1 Lunch, Afternoon Snack And Dinner Day 2 Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack And Dinner Day 3 Breakfast 7. Facilitators And Materials For Teambuilding Activities Must Be Included Or Provided. 8. The Venue Is Accessible For Land Transportation, Preferably With Reasonable Travel Time From Point Of Origin To The Venue. 9. The Venue Must Properly Observe And Follow Necessary Health Protocols. Promotes Stress Free And Nature Friendly Environment. 10. Safety Of The Guests Is The Utmost Priority.
