The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under 20% Mdf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 19,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Installation Of Street Lighting System (solar Panel) – Various Barangays. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Installation Of Street Lighting System (solar Panel) – Various Barangays At Various Barangays, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 180 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
