Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Installation Of Street Lighting System (solar Panel) – Various Barangays At Various Barangays, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 150 Calendar Days.
