The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under Ra 8240 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos (php 5,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Casantaan Multi-purpose Farmers Hall. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Casantaan Multi-purpose Farmers Hall At Casantaan, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 180 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
