The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under The Republic Act No. 7171 (fy 2021) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Four Million, Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand, Six Hundred Pesos (php 24,875,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Hand Tractor With Complete Accessories, Water Pump, And Hose. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Hand Tractor With Complete Accessories, Water Pump, And Hose, To Wit: A. Hand Tractor With Complete Accessories (with 10hp Diesel Engine) – 107 Units B. Water Pump 6.5hp (pump And Engine Set), Air-cooled, Diesel-fed – 216 Units C. Hose 1 ¼” Ø, Schedule 40, Black, 60m – 400 Rolls D. Hose 1” Ø, Schedule 40, Black, 60m – 400 Rolls E. Hose ¾” Ø, Schedule 40, Black, 60m – 377 Rolls Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 14 Working Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
