Description Invitation To Bid For Concreting/rehabilitation Of Farm To Market Road @ Barangay Libsong, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan 1. The Municipality Of Sta. Maria, Pangasinan Through The National Government Agencies (nga) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Two Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Pesos (₱8,253,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting /rehabilitation Of Farm To Market Road @ Barangay Libsong, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan, Pin: I-2025-02-h. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Sta. Maria, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three (3) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
