The Lgu - Municipality Of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Farmer’s Post-harvest Facility (wall Repainting Of Gov. Titong Singson Auditorium) - Brgy. Barangobong, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur With Project Identification Number 24-68-infra. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu - Municipality Of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Thirty-six (36) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
