The Lgu – Barangay Luba, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 100,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Construction Of Concrete Canal (dist. 5 & 7 ) – (construction Of Drainage Canal With Catch Basin) - Brgy. Luba, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur With Project Identification Number 24-02-infra-luba. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu – Barangay Luba, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Eight (8) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
