Rationale Section 106 Of The Local Government Code Of 1991 Mandates Each Local Government Unit To Prepare A Comprehensive Multi-sectoral Development Plan To Be Initiated By Its Local Development Council And Approved By Its Sanggunian. In This Connection, The Municipality Of Santa Ana Has Yet To Formulate An Enhanced Comprehensive Development Plan (cdp+) That Will Aid The Lgu In Preparing Sectoral Programs, Projects And Activities In The Next Six (6) Years. Hence, There Is A Need To Conduct On Off-site Review And Workshop Of The Cdp+ Of The Lgu. Relative Thereto, The Said Activity Shall Be Conducted In Tuguegarao City. Ii.
