(solano 058-2025) 1. The Local Government Unit Of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya Through The Municipal Development Fund For Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Acts, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos And Sixteen Centavos (p660,720.16) Being The Approved Total Budget For The Contract (abc) Payments Under The Contract For The Labor And Materials For The Improvement Of Municipal Road Located At Brgy. Pob. South, S.n.v. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Solano, Nueva Vizcaya Now Invites Bids For The Goods Stated Above. Completion Period Is Required Within Twenty-two (22) Working Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Procurement. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3.
