Below Is The List Of Items Needed For The Project, To Wit: Item Description Quantity Unit 1 Accommodation, Food (3 Meals & 2 Snacks) For 3 Days 45 Pax Source Of Funds: Ldrrmf Special Trust Fund Approved Budget Cost: P 270,000.00 Calendar Days To Complete: 10 Cd Procurement Will Be Conducted Through Public Bidding Procedures As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act. The Bidder With The Lowest Calculated Bid (lcb) Shall Advance To The Post-qualification Stage In Order To Finally Determine Its Responsiveness To The Technical And Financial Requirements Of The Project For Procurement. The Contract Shall Then Be Awarded To The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (lcrb) Who Was Determined As Such During Post-qualification. A Set Of Bidding Documents Will Be Obtained From The Office Of The Bac Secretariat Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Hundred Pesos (php 500.00).
