Description The Local Government Unit Of Siruma Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Contractors/supplier/distributor To Apply For Eligibility And To Submit Complete Bid For The Project: Concreting Of Road, Sitio Takal, Poblacion, Siruma, Camarines Sur The Approved Budget For The Contract Is Pesos: Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 500,000.00). To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Submit A Letter Of Intent (loi) And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria; (a) Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of Contract And Present The Original Copy, (b) Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Ten (10) Years, With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Proposed Project For Bidding. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criteria. Bidding Documents Shall Be Issued Only To Bidders / Authorized Official Representatives Employees Of The Bidders Who Can Show A Proof Of Notarized Authority And Official Company Id Upon Submission Of Letter Of Intent And Payment Of Non-refundable Fee Of P 500.00 Bidding Is Restricted To A Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. Bidders Are Required To Conduct A Site Inspection To Be Certified By The Head Of The Procuring Entity And This Said Site Inspection Certificate Will Form Part Of The Technical Component To Be Submitted By The Bidder As Well As The Original Documents To Be Presented To The Bids And Awards Committee As An Additional Requirements.
