Description The Local Government Unit Of Siruma Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Contractors/ Supplier/ Distributor To Apply For Eligibility And To Submit Complete Bid For The Project: Cluster I-concreting Of Farm To Market Road At Barangay San Andres & Rehabilitation Of Spillway At Barangay Barangay La Purisima Siruma Camarines Sur. The Approved Budget For The Contract Is: Two Million Pesos (p 2,000,000.00). To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Submit A Letter Of Intent (loi); A Contractor Must Secure Certificate Of Site Inspection From Local Chief Executive; Representative Must Present Special Power Of Attorney (spa) Specific For The Project Title Authorizing In Behalf Of The Contractor, Payment Of Non-refundable Fee And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria; (a) Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of Contract And Present The Original Copy, (b) Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Ten (10) Years, With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Proposed Project For Bidding. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criteria. The Bidding Will Be In Three (3) Envelop System. Bidding Documents Shall Be Issued Only To Bidders / Authorized Official Representatives’ Employees Of The Bidders Who Can Show A Proof Of Notarized Authority And Official Company Id Upon Submission Of Letter Of Intent And Payment Of Non-refundable Fee Of For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Php 5,000.00. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person. Bidding Is Restricted To A Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. Bidders Are Required To Conduct A Site Inspection In Order To Determine Its Condition. All Submitted Documents Must Be In Quadruplicate And Compiled In Accordance With The Instruction To Bidders, Otherwise, Bids Will Be Automatically Rejected On The Ground Of Non-compliance With The Prescribed Bid Requirements. Bidders Must Also Understand That For A Contract Award, The Selection Decision May Be Based On The Best Value To The Procuring Entity From The Combination Of Quality, Management Expertise And Price But Not Necessarily The Lowest Price.
