Partial Bids Are Not Allowed. Bids Not Addressing Or Providing All Of The Required Items In The Bidding Documents/rfq Including, Where Applicable, Bill Of Quantities, Shall Be Considered Non-responsive And, Thus, Automatically Disqualified.
