Description The Local Government Unit Of Siruma Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Contractors/ Supplier/ Distributor To Apply For Eligibility And To Submit Complete Bid For The Project: Concreting Of Pamintan-bantilan Road, Siruma, Camarines Sur. The Approved Budget For The Contract Is : One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 1,500,000.00). To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Submit A Letter Of Intent (loi); Payment Of Non-refundable Fee And Must Meet The Following Major Criteria; (a) Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of Contract And Present The Original Copy, (b) Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Ten (10) Years, With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Proposed Project For Bidding. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criteria. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person.
