The Lgu-sipocot, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 1 Intends To Apply The Sum Of P 300,300.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Drugs And Medicines Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-sipocot Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Drugs And Medicines. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
